Coaching
You know that you have more to give, but you’re not quite sure how. Or you already know what you need to change, but can’t seem to actually do it. Or you have it all figured out, yet something just doesn’t feel right.
I’ve been there myself, and it sucks. It’s so easy to get stuck in your own thought patterns, to “just try harder” without really knowing what you’re trying to achieve, or to give up, thinking you don’t have what it takes.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
What I do as a coach
My job is to help you break out of that — to interrupt the loops you run in your head, figure out what actually matters, identify your own motivation and find a way forward that feels right for you. I will be thought-provoking, asking you the questions you might never ask yourself. Together we’ll examine that worry that is holding you back — is it really as scary as it feels? What would it mean to you to actually make that change? How will your life be different? And perhaps the scariest question of all: What happens if you just go on like this for another 10, 20 or 30 years?
When I first heard about coaching I thought it was some unstructured woo-woo practice that anyone could do, so if that’s your gut reaction, I forgive you! In reality, it’s a very structured, goal-oriented process, refined over more than 50 years to be as effective as possible.
What I bring as a coach
My coaching diploma (ACC credential in progress) from Leapfrog, one of the top ICF-accredited schools in Sweden, gave me the tools and techniques to be an effective coach. But what I bring into my coaching sessions is so much more than that. I bring my whole self. All the experience that made me who I am today: Always performing. Getting lost. Dealing with depression. Years of meditation and journaling. Crazy motorcycle adventures. Being afraid of conflict. Therapy. Health problems. Being a Highly Sensitive Person in an overwhelming world. Facing my fears. Love. Hurt. Working way too much. Having kids. Disappointing myself. Finding my footing again… You get the point!
All the experience from living a chaotic, difficult, wonderful life — and getting to know myself along the way — has made me very humble towards others. I know everyone is struggling in their own way. And I know that beneath that struggle, and the masks we all wear, there is a beautiful person with so much potential. I love getting to see that in others, and helping you see it in yourself!
Get in touch
If this sounds interesting (and maybe a bit scary?), send me an email or schedule a free call to see how I can help — no strings attached. I might be an introvert, but I love meeting new people and talking about the things that really matter.
I coach either in person in Stockholm or remotely, and will tailor the coaching to your goals and needs.
