I work with teams and individuals who are ready to make a change, but who would get an allergic reaction to the standard leadership consultant, organisation developer or coach. I’m an introverted nerd first. I struggle too. But I know how to build trust and inspire change that lasts.
I’ve been in the trenches and I love being hands on, but I’ve also run businesses with employees to lead, salaries to pay and difficult decisions to make. Now I’m as comfortable with the talent on the floor as with the leaders in the boardroom, and I help them understand each other.
